fun eats: Leprechaun Shake

Currently my little ones are obsessed with frozen treats – so, I created this semi-healthy shake to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

This has to be the EASIEST shake to make – and we made it two ways!

…one for daddy, V, & T.

…and one for me, miss lactose intolerant.

Leprechaun Shake (regular kiddo version)

A yummy and healthy option for a St. Patrick's day treat.

Ingredients

1 cup 2% milk
2 super big scoops nonfat frozen yogurt
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until combined.
  2. optional: to thicken the mixture, stick in freezer for 30-60 minutes.

    • Thanks Rona!!! I hope you get a chance to make it yourself – the Almond Milk version was wonderful too. Too meaning, I took a little sip of the kiddos as well – but that’s about all my stomach can tolerate of milk. Mama & kiddo approved!! Thanks for checking it out :) xx ♥ m
