I consider myself a Key Lime Pie connoisseur.

Wait, can I add that to my resume, too?

Key Lime Pie aficionado, poopy diaper changer, graphic designer, referee….heheehe…would you hire me?!

I am always on the hunt for the PERFECT Key Lime Pie…I think my hunt is over!

No joke (I WOULD NOT JOKE ABOUT PIE)…this is the easiest & yummiest recipe ever!  See for yourself:)







Key Lime Pie

Serves: 10 slices
This is the easiest, quickest, & yummiest Key Lime Pie recipe ever!
Ingredients
  • pre-made, graham cracker crust
  • 1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup Key Lime juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • optional for serving: whipped cream & lime slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Bake graham cracker crust for 5 minutes at 350° F for a golden crust.
  3. While crust is baking, add the cream cheese to a medium sized bowl and beat until soft.
  4. Once softened, add the condensed milk and beat until well-blended.
  5. Stir in the Key Lime juice.
  6. Next add the sour cream to the filling mixture & mix until smooth.
  7. Pour the filling into your prepared (cooled) graham cracker crust.
  8. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
  9. Slice & garnish with whipped cream & lime slices (optional).

    • You have to try Mari! Maybe lowfat sour cream and/or lowfat cream cheese? I don’t know if it would still work but you could always try as an option :) xx ♥ m

  4. I saw somewhere where you listed the brand of key lime you used but now I can’t find it. You got it at wegmans. Will you please remind me? I would like to make this this weekend…looks great! Thank you.

    • Yes Tara!!! On FB :) Got it at Wegman’s (it’s on a fixture at the end near the Jamaican food section in the International aisle) the brand is “Nellie & Joe’s Famous Key West Lime Juice” (http://www.amazon.com/Nellie-Joes-Lime-Juice/dp/B0005XO85A) (I’m pretty sure it was under $5 too.) (ALSO) Looked for it at my other Wegman’s & they had it in the drink mix section (think margarita mix area). So I guess depending on your store…they could be in either spot :) Hope that helps – good luck!!
