WHAT: Adobe Photoshop Elements 11

HOW: This is the software I edit all my photos with. This is a more everyday version of regular Photoshop (which costs upwards of $500). This is all the average person, blogger, amateur photographer needs. If you are a super serious photog you might want to invest into the actual Photoshop. But, this is what I have. It is open on my computer AT ALL TIMES (that & FB – HA!). I use it to design my printables & edit my photos. And, if you like the basic stuff like what is on PicMonkey, this is a great one to start with.

WHAT: Canon EOS Rebel T2i

HOW: Well, simple & sweet, this is my camera :) I {heart} it! It’s a basic, wonderful camera …well, except for the time little T decided to grab the strap from the table & bring it crashing to the floor…that was a very sad camera day :( But, I sent it off to Canon & it was repaired & sent back to me within the same week – AMAZING SERVICE!!!

WHAT: Tamron AF 28-75mm f/2.8 Lens

PRICE: Today it is $499.00
HOW: This lens is what brought my photographic skills to the next level. It allows a fast F/2.8 constant aperture. What does that mean – well, more bokeh (background fuzziness). Here’s my bokeh pin boardto get a visual idea of what I’m talking about :) It’s super lightweight compared to normal comparative lenses, and well, I LOVE it!
